What precautions should be taken during the use of the 3D buttoning machine?
A. Filter
1. Each time the oil is changed, the filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned;
2. The machine tool has other alarm abnormalities such as alarm or oiliness, which should be replaced;
3. The air filter on the tank is checked and cleaned every 3 months, preferably at 1 year.
Second, hydraulic components
1. Clean the hydraulic components (substrates, valves, motors, pumps, tubing, etc.) monthly to prevent dirt from entering the system, and do not use cleaners;
2. After one month of use of the new machine, inspect whether there is any deformation in the bends of the tubing. If there is any abnormality, replace it. After using it for two months, fasten the joints of all accessories. When this work is done, it should be shut down. pressure.
Three hydraulic oil circuit
1. Check the oil level of the tank every week. If the hydraulic system is repaired, check the oil level. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, the hydraulic oil should be filled.
2. The system oil temperature should be between 35°C and 60°C and must not exceed 70°C. If it is too high, it will cause deterioration of the oil and accessories.
3. The hydraulic oil used in this machine is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;
4. The new machine should be changed after 2000 hours of operation. After every 4000 to 6000 hours of operation, the oil should be changed. Every time the oil is changed, the tank should be cleaned;
